Where are you located?


We are located just off the A35 between Charmouth and Axminster on Westover Hill


Do you allow dogs?




Can we stay for just one night?


Yes, one night stays are available on selected dates, please call our team on 07512776073 for further information


Do we need to bring our own bed linen and towels?


Yes, we do not supply any bed linen or bath towels. 


What will we find in our pod? 


Our Deluxe pods have a double bed and 2 camp beds. These sleep up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) The Deluxe pods also have an ensuite toilet and sink. (Soap, a toilet roll and hand towel provided)

Our Classic pods have 2 single beds and the option of an extra 2 camp beds. These also sleep up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children).

We ask that you treat our pods as you would a tent and bring anything you think you’ll need with you. We supply a kettle in all our pods. You will need to bring your own cooking equipment, bedding and towels.


Can we have a BBQ/fire?


Yes, we have a communal covered BBQ area with a fire you are welcome to light. There is also a private seating area and area outside the pod for a BBQ. You will need to bring your own BBQ/cooking equipment.


Where do we park? 


You can park outside the pods for dropping off luggage etc. We ask that you park your vehicle in the free Tunnel Tree Tops' car park next to the pods for the duration of your stay.


Do we need to find a member of staff when we arrive?


You do not need to find anyone when you arrive as the pod allocated to you will have your key in a key safe on the front. We will email you the code prior to your arrival. What can we do nearby?


A stones throw away is The Tunnel Tree Tops high ropes course and The Tunnel Target Sports Center rifle shooting range. These activities are available on site but require prior booking. (details can be found on both websites – and

We are located close to the seaside towns of Lyme Regis, Charmouth and Bridport where there are many activities available.


Can I bring a travel cot?


All of our pods have space for the 2 camp beds once these are in use there is little other space. If you are not using the camp beds there is space for a travel cot to be put up. Please let us know when booking if you require the camp beds to be removed to make space. 


Do the pods have electricity? 


Yes. All our pods have mains electric, lights, sockets and a solar light outside. 


Do we need to clean our pod when we leave?


We ask that you empty the bins and that your pod is left as you found it.

What will I receive to confirm my booking?


Once your booking has been processed you will receive a confirmation email and all the relevant information you will need for your stay.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

Only one cancellation policy will apply - depending on how much notice is given before the date of arrival.


A non refundable deposit of 15% of the booking total is required when making your booking and the full booking balance must be paid 31 days before arrival.

If you wish to cancel your booking with more than 31 days left before your arrival date and you have made payments totaling more than your 15% non-refundable deposit, then all payments beyond the initial 15% deposit will be refunded.

If the booking is cancelled less than 31 days to go before your arrival date then a charge equal to 50% of the total cost of your stay will be made.

If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before your arrival date then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
